Cancellations
Any cancellation or changes to your scheduled appointment must be made in advance of the scheduled appointment:
Hair Services:
-24 hour advance notice required for haircuts
-48 hour advance notice required for all other services
If a cancellation is made less than the required time before the scheduled appointment, a $25 per service will be charged to the credit card on file. Your cancellation fee will be processed day of appointment missed. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the me receptionist via phone (text message, phone call, voicemail, or Instagram DM. Cancellations via email are not accepted.
No-Shows
Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule your appointment ("no-shows") will be assessed a charge at full value of services to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be communicated directly to me via text message, phone call, voicemail, or Instagram DM
Late Policy
In the event that you are running late, we have a 15 minute grace period given that you've notified me. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card on file will be charged for the full service fee.
In order to provide a peaceful, pleasant, and safe environment we ask that children and additional guests (with the exception of health care providers, translators, guide dogs, etc.) do not accompany you to your appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy means your service will have to be rescheduled and a fee will incur.***
