Cancellations
Any cancellation or changes to your scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellation fees are processed on the day of the missed appointment.
All cancellations must be communicated via text message or Instagram DM.
No-Shows
Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule your appointment ("no-shows") will be assessed a charge at full value of services to the credit card on file. All cancellations must be communicated directly to me via text message or Instagram DM
Late Policy
In the event that you are running late, I have a 15 minute grace period given that you've notified me. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card on file will be charged for the full service fee.
